Context and Objective
Umclube was a Brazilian startup, which aimed to redefine shopping malls, combining the experience of the physical environment with the online environment, through an APP with several benefits on consumers' cell phones.
How did the App work?
When shopping in the mall's physical stores, consumers accumulated points, in the cashback format, through the Umclube App. These points could be exchanged for various prizes and advantages. The App also offered amenities such as a list of stores and services found in the mall, events, movies, etc.
Who was the audience?
Young adults, in their 20s and 30s, classes C and D.
After several studies on the public, persona and archetypes, Umclube's identity was developed, with colors, typography, tone of voice, characters, etc. that should be present in all points of contact between the brand and the consumer.
